HK-730 Virginia Ag, Mech, & Tobacco Expo - Date?

I know the 2007 H&K book doesn't give an exact date for the HK-730 piece, but can anyone give me a "rough" idea of when this was made? I bought this early in 2011 and sent it to NGC and was pleased when it came back... but I want to know more about it. I lived in North Carolina in my younger years, and Tobacco and Agriculture is certainly king... or is it basketball ? 🙂

Well the date is 1888... Fall 1888 in Richmond VA.  There is a Rulau token (R-VA-RI-50) that answers the question as to when the VA Ag Mech & Tobacco Expo was held.
