Certified by NGC MS 61. Official Medal from the 1898 Trans-Mississippi International Exposition held in Omaha, Nebraska. A female bust on the obverse and on the reverse a mounted Indian spearing a buffalo. This is the SILVER version struck by the United States Mint.
