A fascinating design with a scantily clad female overlooking the exposition grounds. A grizzly bear with a big smile is next to the female. Microscopic signature SA at lower left edge. On the reverse two water-nymphs, one in the Pacific Ocean and the other in the Atlantic Ocean, pass a wreath through the newly created Panama Canal.
