This is the bronze variety with a sandblasted finish applied. U.S. Mint die engraver George T. Morgan designed the official medal based on Adelaide Hanscomb’s official logo and the Seattle City Seal. The medals were struck at the exposition by the U.S. Mint and sold through Joseph Mayer & Brothers of Seattle. Medal orientation.
