Beautiful badge designed and engraved by the Bastian Brothers Company in Rochester, New York. The Obverse of the FOB has the state of West Virginia with several cities marked with a star on the state. In the 3 o’clock position to 6 o’clock position, the state flower, the Rhododendron, engraved. The reverse shows the stamp of the Bastian Brothers Company.
