Created by Stafford Manufacturing Company of Brooklyn, N.Y., the obverse features a three-fourths facing view of Lincoln. A two-dimensional relief, the devices are flat and the fields are recessed or etched. Sold at the Illinois “Land of Lincoln” Pavilion. Also struck in a larger 2 1/2” size.
