These are usually found struck in a yellow bronze, but this is a darker bronze that appears to have been silver-plated quite some time ago, and is in unusually nice condition. . Struck by the U.S. Mint in Philadelphia and the Medallic Art Company. Liberty standing in the dawn with foot on helmet of Mars, breaking the sword of tyranny. Struck in Bronze. This piece is a different die variety.
