HK-653 is cataloged as being struck in nickel, but this variety is not magnetic and I am cataloging it as German-Silver. The nickel variety likely does not exist. This is possibly the finest known, a notable rarity in noteworthy condition. Struck in 1906 to celebrate the Cincinnati Fall Festival. The letters C F F for the Cincinnati Fall Festival are intertwined on the reverse within a wreath. Obverse features a large ornate building. An XRF Elemental Analysis of this medal, either the German-Silver or Nickel, resulted in 56% Copper, 15% Zinc and 28% Nickel.
