Near TOP POP, only three graded finer. Struck to commemorate the Breakwater constructed in 1933. This medal was struck in many different compositions, this is the Blue Anodized Aluminum variety. On the obverse is an aerial view of the Breakwater and pier. On the reverse is a full female figure on the beach in an old style swimsuit. LARS CO 11 is underneath the woman in the bathing suit.
