TOP POP, 22 certified by NGC. “Plate Coin” as photographed in the book SCD’s Volume I: U.S. Expositions. This is probably the nicest Ohio State SCD I have seen. Strong DMPL surfaces that are virtually mark free. The Ohio Building obverse combined with a reverse recognizing William Ritchie of Hamilton, Ohio, U.S. Commissioner. Struck by Murdock of Cincinnati. These are not edge copyrighted like SH 6-71.
