This is an 1885 O Morgan Dollar that has been engraved with the following: “New Orleans Exposition – S.W.F. – M’ch 10, 1885”. A souvenir from someone that attended the exposition and decided to engrave a then newly minted New Orleans Morgan Dollar. A unique item from the 1884-85 Cotton Exposition, bound to be a center piece in a collection of SCD’s from that exposition.
