Elusive bronze variety, well struck with no distracting marks. Certainly a candidate for an upgrade. Commemorates the first time running water was introduced to the City of Brooklyn N.Y. Obverse features Neptune seated with his right hand on a water lever. Reverse features the water works building with tall smoke stack. Struck in Bronze.
