1909 Southern Electrical & Industrial Exposition

Louisville, Kentucky

The Southern Electrical & Industrial Exposition was the largest of several Louisville expositions promoting the use of electricity. The express purpose of the exposition was to show the South the possibilities of street lighting. One so-called dollar was struck in various compositions for this exposition.
