HK-304 "NO STAR" VARIETY

ATTACHED ARE PICTURES OF MY HK-304 "NO STAR" VARIETY NGC GRADED MS 65.

IT IS A SHAME THAT NGC DID NOT CREATE SEPARATE CENSUS COUNTS FOR THESE LOUISIANA PURCHASE EXPOSITION OFFICIAL MEDALS WITH NO STAR. I WOULD ASSUME A MS 65 OF ANY METAL TYPE IN THIS SERIES WOULD BE NEAR TOP POP WITH NO STAR.

Well Hello So-Called Dollar people. This is my first post here. Had great communications with Jeff recently and found the very nice website here. Don't know how much I can contribute but this particular topic jumped out at me.

I have two No-Star and one with the Star. I can add an image of them side by side that is cropped to show just where the Star is located on the reverse. One has to be careful if you happen to look for a No-Star on heavily circulated pieces because it is in an area that seems to wear.

Those are 3 nice looking So Calleds and good photos> Clicking on the photos themselves really brings out the STAR no STAR sections you are pointing out due to your crisp well focused photos. Well done and highly educational.
