The silver variety is extraordinary scarce, probably less than 10 exist. Commemorates the first time running water was introduced to the City of Brooklyn N.Y. Obverse features Neptune seated with his right hand on a water lever. Reverse features the water works building with a tall smoke stack. Struck in Silver.
