Lightly hairlined and graded uncirculated details, cleaned. This is the scarce copper variety, only 12 have been certified by NGC. The Small Liberty Bell design is found with and without a star at 6:00 in the lower legend. This is the with star variety. There are other differences in the star and no star dies, but the star is the main diagnostic indicator. Issued by John W. Kline of Philadelphia. Both Frossard and Holland report these as being struck in copper, not bronze.
