The obverse features the bust of Washington superimposed on a shield with the date 1776 at the top. The reverse states CENTENNIAL 1776 1876 AMERICA with the Liberty Bell superimposed on a shield. The dies are not signed and the engraver is unknown. Graded VF details – rim damage. Whatever damage there is to the rim cannot be seen as it is encapsulated in a holder.
