Near TOP POP, 10 certified and only 2 graded finer by NGC. The NGC label states from the Ostheimer Collection, which was a significant collection sold by Jeff Shevlin in a series of four auctions over two years. This Small Liberty Bell design is found with and without a star
at 6:00 in the lower legend. This is the with star variety. There are other differences in the star and no star dies, but the star is the main diagnostic indicator. Issued by John W. Kline of Philadelphia. Both Frossard and Holland report these as being struck in copper, not bronze.
