The obverse has a flying bird with a elf-like person holding the reigns to the bird to control it in flight. The reverse features the City Seal of Baltimore. Struck in white-metal. This medal is exceptionally rare. Although this one is raw, only four have been certified by NGC. Graded by MMNS as AU-58.
