Near TOP POP with only four graded finer. Medal was struck in 1882 for the Bicentennial of Pennsylvania and the 200th anniversary of the landing of William Penn. A celebration was held and several different SO-CALLED DOLLARS were struck. The obverse features the bust of William Penn. A winged full figure female is on the reverse with two circles, in one is Penn’s house, in the other is City Hall. Struck in White Metal.
