Near TOP POP, only 2 graded finer. In my opinion all of the bronze medals were struck as “Bronzed Proofs”. This example is virtually perfect with highly reflective proof-like surfaces. There is evidence of being double struck on the dates on the reverse. The reverse central design is virtually identical to that as on HK-610 from the Georgia State Fair which features the bust of Jefferson Davis. The dies are not signed and the engraved is unknown.
