TOP POP, none graded finer by NGC. Although the NGC holder does not state it, this is a Bronzed Proof. Only seven certified by NGC. Three conjoined busts on the obverse, an Indian, an early American settler and a modern day person. This was struck with two different obverse dies. The obverse die is signed on the truncation TRAILE MARK. The engraver is unknown, but it is possible the signature could simply be TRADEMARK.
