Celebrating popular five terms Mayor Ferdinand Latrobe, who served two more terms as mayor after 1889. City Hall is depicted on the reverse. Celebration of the Battle Monument and a new post office took place adjacent to city hall. Rulau lists this medal in aluminum but the authors have never seen it and doubt it exists. White metal are usually found holed. The dies are not signed and the engraver is unknown.
