The obverse text reads “Semi-Centennial of Allegheny City, Held July 17, 1890”. It shows a wreath. The reverse shows a log cabin in the center with a man rowing a canoe in the river in front of the cabin. It states “Seal of the City of Allegheny, PA, First Log Cabin”. This piece looks like an MS 65 DPL, only three graded finer.
