Only four have been certified by NGC. Struck in 1891 to commemorate the first car load of metallic tin produced in America by the Pittsburgh & Mexican Tin Mining Company. Struck in tin. Graded Uncirculated details obverse scratched. There is a small scratch on the obverse at 12:00.
