Near TOP POP, three certified and only 1 finer. Struck in 1891 for the Vermont Statehood Centennial. Two busts each within a circle facing each other with an eagle above. Reverse features the Bennington Battle Monument. This is a “Bronzed PROOF”, but the NGC holder does not indicate it.
