Only four certified by NGC with only one graded finer, near TOP POP. The reverse legend states “Centennial Celebration of the First Meeting of the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina in the City of Columbia in the year 1791 Celebrated at Columbia, S.C. May 13-15, 1891. Struck in White Metal. There are microscopic initials on the obverse at the lower right of the standing platform, but they are difficult to see for certain, they appear to be MHR, but it could be any combination of similar letters.
