TOP POP in DPL, only 1 graded finer in MS 63. The obverse Ferris Wheel die is the same as SH 6-13.1, the Moorish Partial Dome variety, signed CHILDS CHICAGO to the right of the Ferris Wheel. The Horticultural Building has a microsignature OA to the lower right of the edifice for Oscar Altstein of Childs.
