No others certified. “PLATE COIN” as photographed in the book SCD’s Volume 1. The Santa Maria Naval Review was closely linked to the WCE in Chicago, but was held on the East coast. Columbus three-quarter bust combined with the Santa Maria Naval Review in a diamond shaped area. All that we have seen have been holed. Signed EAK on the reverse at the bottom truncation of the sea, for Edward A. Kretschman, an engraver from Germany that came to America in 1856 and settled in Philadelphia.
