The female Columbia is standing on the obverse. The Ferris Wheel from the 1893 Columbian Exposition is on the reverse, struck in Aluminum. This is one of the rarer Ferris Wheel Dollars. This reverse variety SH 6-13.1 AL has a partial Moorish Palace Dome.
