TOP POP. The only DPL certified. Only seven certified. Christopher Columbus portrait with a half wreath below combined with the Childs Five Edifices with Scrolls die. Child’s engraved two different types of the Five Building dies, this one having scrolls in the elds between the buildings, the other having rays. From 12 o’clock around clockwise Electrical Building / Mines & Mining Bldg/ Manufacturing & Liberal Arts / Machinery Hall. Administration Building in center. Not signed Childs but signed OA for Ocsar Alstein, an engraver for Childs, to the right of the Administration Building. The Scroll reverse die was reused for SH 6-49.
