Certified by NGC as HK-154 Silvered, as stated on the label, for Silver-Plated, Uncirculated details – cleaned, due to the slightest hairlines noticeable. I can’t find this in the NGC census, but I am aware of one other certified as silvered by NGC. Previously unlisted, this is the Silver-Plated variety cataloged in the new standard reference book as SH 6-1 SP. This is the One Pearl, Large Letter variety of the Official U.S. Mint souvenir medal minted on the fairgrounds. Engraved by George Morgan, his signature “M” is below the edifice to the far right. Struck in Silver-Plated Brass.
