TOP POP and a DPL! The Ferris wheel on the obverse is similar to HK 170 – 173. Reverse features the busts of Columbus and C. W. Ferris. Unlisted in the original Hibler & Kappen reference book. The dies are not signed but were likely engraved by Childs.
