One of only two certified by NGC in white metal. Uncirculated details – reverse scratched. There is a light scratch on the reverse at 11:00. Obverse portrait of entertainer Ada Rehan, real name Ada Crehan, who modeled for the Montana Statue of Justice depicted on the reverse. Signed COPYRIGHT 1893 BY R.H. PARK below Rehan’s bust. The solid silver statue was located in the Montana Mining Exhibit within the Mines and Mining Building. Unfortunately no medals are known struck in silver. This variety has the copyright which is below the bust, the copyright was punched into the medals after they were struck. Not all are found with the copyright.
