Military scene of New York Harbor with a battleship and the Statue of Liberty in the background. A sailor to the left and a soldier to the right. Microsignature QUINT PHILA below. The reverse Columbus Discovering America Short Flag is the same as SH 6-10 and SH 6-29. Usually found holed in both aluminum and white metal.
