The obverse design is the same as SH 7-3 reverse, only in a much larger format at 51mm. The Administration Building on the reverse is the same as the Administration Building on the obverse of SH 7-5 and 7-6. Although not signed, the designs are virtually the same as those done by A. Hylem, and engraved for Blumenfield.
