The Firth Wheel was a smaller version of the exceptionally popular Ferris Wheel built for the Columbian Exposition. Firth was the name of the individual that built this attraction for the Midwinter Exposition. Another signed Blumenfield piece (note the misspelling of his name Blumenfeld). The obverse is signed by Chicago engraver A. Hylen.
