One of only two certified by NGC, this is a wonderful example of a great rarity. The Fine Arts Building adorns the obverse. There is a microscopic HK at the lower right of the base of the edifice. Henry Kinnersley was an engraver for S.D. Childs. Reverse depicts a phoenix, representing Atlanta, arising from the ashes of the Civil War which ended only 30 years before. Microscopic CHILDS below the date to the left, with CHI for Chicago to the right.
