Deep Mirror Proof like surfaces. Obverse legend about the Semicentennial Celebration. Reverse city seal with sailing ships in the foreground and a city on the shore in the distance. There is a slight nick on the reverse edge at 2:00 otherwise I would grade this higher. The bluish hue on the reverse is due to the proof like surfaces and is a reflection of the camera. Struck in aluminum.
