Struck to commemorate the end of the Spanish-American War which ended in 1898. Obverse depicts a dove with an olive branch in its beak. Reverse legend has the date of the Peace Jubilee celebration held in Philadelphia. 14mm, approximately the size of a gold dollar. Likely engraved and struck by George Soley, U.S. Mint employee in Philadelphia.
