Near TOP POP, only four certified and the finest is graded 62. The obverse depicts the Cotton Palace from the exposition. The reverse die was created using William H. Key’s Liberty Bell punch or hub from the Centennial Exposition, but Key passed away in 1900, a year before the exposition. Philadelphia medalist William H. Warner acquired many of Key’s dies and he struck and sold this medal. Warner sold bronze proofs for 25c and white metal for 15c.
