This is an unlisted bronze variety that NGC has assign HK-342A. It is the Clock Tower variety. 1906 San Francisco Earthquake Dollar. The obverse shows California Street with buildings in ruins. The reverse features the ruins of City Hall. This is an example of the clock tower variety.
