Near TOP POP, only three graded finer. Manufactures Building souvenir medal. The pattern of sun rays on the obverse is an unusual asymmetrical pattern; plain edge, medal orientation. On the reverse there is no apostrophe in MANUFACTURES and there are dots on either side of BUILDING.
