This is the English version struck in silver. I believe all of the silver varieties were struck as proofs. Only nine have been certified by NGC. Struck to commemorate the meeting of U.S. President Taft the the president of Mexico, Diez. The purpose of the meeting was to promote reciprocal trade between the two nations.
