Near TOP POP, only eight graded finer. The auction firm Heritage sold one graded 62 for $470 and one graded 64 DPL for $1,410. This is graded NGC 64. There are quite a few different dies and die parings for the “California Dollars”. Standing Minerva with a grizzly bear at her side and the exposition ground in the background. The reverse has a Battleship sailing through the Panama Canal locks. The battleship has no lower portholes on this rarer die variety. Gold-Plated.
