Only three DPL’s are graded finer. There are quite a few different dies and die pairings for the “California Dollars”. This Battleship die with no lower portholes is found paired with all three of the Tower of Jewels die varieties. This is the Type B variety. The sphere is below the “EX” of exposition and the “T” of exposition is to the left of the second “E” of Jewels. Gold-Plated, the dies are unsigned.
