A silver sea salvaged Wilson Dollar. Dies engraved by George Morgan of the Philadelphia Mint. Medals struck to commemorate the opening of the Manilla Mint, Philippine Islands, the only overseas mint ever established by the U.S. 2,200 struck in silver, many were dumped into the Manila Bay during World War II.
