TOP POP, the finest graded by NGC. Wonderful lustrous red hues. Bust of Washington in the center, small Liberty Bell below. Liberty holding a torch riding a Flying Pegasus above the clouds, microsignature ALBIN POLASEK to the left. Previously cataloged in both copper and bronze, they appear to be the same composition, which the authors have cataloged as bronze. Brass varieties are actually gold-plated. Designed by Albin Polasek and struck by the U.S. Mint.
