A forward facing bust of Franklin D. Roosevelt with 31st PRESIDENT above. The 31st is incorrect as Franklin was the 32nd president of the United States. The reverse, with a building in the middle, is dated 1934, the second year of the exposition. There is a similar Franklin medal with a left facing bust and the Federal Building on the reverse which is not cataloged as it is too small.
