There are two Italian Exhibit So-Called Dollars from the 1933 Century of Progress Exposition held in Chicago, Illinois. This is the Raising the Torch variety, in exceptionally high relief on the obverse is a nude male and female figure facing the back. Male leaning on a pickaxe and female standing on books, both jointly raising a torch with their right arms. Also in exceptionally high relief on the reverse are depicted 20 airplanes converging towards the upper right with buildings below.
